Delivery on time is important to you. We will give a written delivery date on confirmation of your artwork and sizing. If for any reason some product is not delivered on time, it will be free of charge.

Hardware and training accessories: Send it back to us and we will fix or replace it.

Sportswear: Send it back to us on Monday and we will have it back to you by Saturday.

Un-repairable garments. Sometimes we are unable to repair your garment.
We will provide a replacement garment within 14 days at our cost.

REPLACEMENTS

Replacements and set top ups. Garments that are lost, stolen or given to players that are leaving the team. We can restore your set to save on full set replacement costs within 14 days.

Replace 1      Garment     Priced at 2 times standard price.
Replace 2-5   Garments   Priced at 1.5 times standard price
Replace 6-9   Garments   Priced at 1.25 times standard price.
Replace 10    Garments   Priced at  the normal standard price.
